Rod conveyer shot blasting machine
Pipe and bar shot blasting machine is mainly used to clean round steel, round pipe, square steel, steel bar and other profiles, to clean and strengthen the surface of the workpiece, remove the rust layer, welding slag and oxide skin on it, so that it can get uniform metallic luster, to improve the quality of steel finishing and anti-corrosion effect. The company has designed two products according to the user's production situation: single cleaning shot blasting machine and multiple cleaning shot blasting machine, these two kinds of bar shot blasting machine can automatically load and unload the workpiece, high automation degree, do not need manual handling, improve production efficiency, save cost. In order to ensure the strict requirements of cleaning workpiece, we adopt the following key technologies and guarantee measures in the scheme and design of the shot blasting machine:
- 1. The layout of shot blasting device adopts computer 3D simulation design, multi-angle and all-round shooting parts, so that the coverage of shot is uniform and consistent.
- 2, using direct shot blasting device, can significantly improve cleaning efficiency, obtain satisfactory cleaning quality.
- 3, the separation device adopts the current advanced full curtain type shot slag separator, the separation efficiency significantly improved a lot.
- 4, the anti-reversal of the lifting machine adopts double insurance design: one is the transmission head wheel using ratchet pawl mechanism to prevent reversal, the other is the transmission motor using brake motor to prevent reversal. At the same time, the passive wheel is provided with a drop detection and alarm device.
- 5. Workpiece detection device can effectively control the start and stop time of shot blasting device, avoid invalid air blasting of shot blasting device, save energy, improve the service life of vulnerable parts such as chamber body protection plate and shot blasting device.
- 6, the machine is equipped with automatic fault detection, alarm, alarm delay automatic parking and other functions.
- 7, conveyor roller table adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, can adjust the cleaning speed, in order to achieve the ideal shot blasting rust removal effect (Sa2.5).
- 8, shot blasting chamber body adopts steel plate welding and box structure, high strength without vibration. The interior is protected by rolled Mn13 plate, with long service life and convenient maintenance.
- 9. The chamber body roller table is made of high chromium molybdenum iron protective sleeve after processing and heat treatment, which can effectively prolong the service life and reduce the maintenance rate. The two ends of bearings adopt labyrinth protection, to prevent the invasion of dust and broken projectiles, and improve the service life of bearings.
- 10, dust removal system using pulse bag filter or pulse filter cartridge dust collector, dust removal efficiency is high, dust removal effect meets the discharge requirements.
