According to the Venturi principle, it is designed to deal with high concentration of dust. In the upstream area of the Venturi pipe, washing water is injected, and the Venturi effect accelerates the air flow, and the water flow is decomposed into small water droplets. In the venturi pipe throat, the dusty waste gas and water droplets strongly interact, the pollutant particles and water droplets are fully mixed, and the washed waste gas and dust droplets enter the downstream centrifugal separation structure tangentially to achieve separation; The dust is discharged by the fan downstream of the clean gas side after the air flow is purified by the Venturi wet dust collector. In the washing water collection area, precipitation separates the pollutants; Bottom sediment can be centrally collected and cleaned in several ways.
The dust blower is used to draw the air containing dust into the air inlet of the wet dust removal system, and the Venturi principle and star unloader are used to preliminarily filter and separate the large dust particles and discharge them to the pre-discharge dust box of the system.
